This course is run by Oxfordshire Mind's student service "HEADSPACE" in partnership with the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.

The "Mindfulness with CBT" course is a form of skills-training that helps deal with emotional problems by combining modern cognitive therapy techniques with meditation practices.
